Anti-bacterial Usage
The Immune System
Anti-bacterial is a word that can be defined as "anti" which means oppose/against in order to remove and "bacterial" for bacteria. Therefore an anti-bacterial element is used to kill bacteria. Bacteria is not a virus, it is another form of a germ that can cause the cold not the flu (a virus).
Covid is caused by a virus not a bacteria. Therefore an anti-bacterial sanitizer is not used to kill a virus. If a person wants to sanitize their hands before they eat or prefers to avoid contamination from a public place they can carry a small bottle with them, to protect them from the common cold and other bacteria based illnesses.
Over usage of sanitizer can result in the desensitization of the immune system making a person more likely to contract a stronger strain of a bacterial based disease. Over usage can also result in excessive dryness of the skin which would need to be supplemented by the usage of a moisturizer to avoid any abrasions/cuts in the skin.
Covid END
